Kevin Caron

Vice-President, Global Assessment and Training, Airports Council International

Kevin joined Airports Council International (ACI) in March 2010 and serves the global membership as Vice-President, Global Assessment and Training, by leading ACI’s airport education, Airport Excellence (APEX) safety, security, and environmental review programs Airport Health Accreditation program.

Additionally, he serves as the Secretary to the ACI Fund for Developing Nations; the Fund’s prime purpose is to aid members in developing nations with capacity-building needs.

Previous to ACI, he held several training management positions within the International Air Transport Association (IATA) from 2003 to 2010. Before IATA, he held several positions with Aéroports de Montréal in terminal operations, safety, security, public affairs, and community relations from 1995 to 2003.

He teaches airport management at McGill University and holds an MBA from the University of Fredericton and a post-graduate certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from Cornell University.
